Items for returns must have a return request within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be returned for a refund. These items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging and accessories. Returns are only accepted if they are unused, unworn, and unwashed or include any USPS damaged packaging. Returns due to our error or problems with the item will be refunded in full. Returns due to a customer's choice or error will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling. The return shipping cost is responsibility of customer. Returns must be received by Zaffron Shop within 15 days of the approved return request; any returns over this time period will be sent back to the sender without a refund. Please note that we cannot ship to hotel or prison addresses at this time due to common problems with deliveries at these institutions.
